GALAPAGOS PERMITS
& ASSISTANCE
FOR CRUISERS

Full port entry assistance and local support for sailing vessels.

All vessel that plans to navigate to the islands need an entry permit to enter the Ecuadorian/ Galapagos waters, known as the AUTÓGRAFO and issued by the Ecuadorian Government.

The permit last 60-days and allows visitor vessels to enter the inhabited ports (see below), according to their registered itinerary.

Puerto. Ayora, Santa Cruz Island – the check in/out port.

Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, San Cristobal Island.

Puerto Villamil, Isabela Island

Puerto Velasco Ibarra, Floreana Island.

The application process takes time. We advise submitting the paperwork at least 60 days prior to your visit.

Copy of the yacht registration

Copy of the yacht insurance or P&I.

Copy of the AIS certificate or ship radio station license.

Crew list and copy of passports for all guest and crew members.

Professional hull cleaning certificate.

Fumigation certificate.

Antifouling certification.
