The fuel terminal is a state-owned entity of the Ecuador Government, has the capability to provide Diesel and Gasoline that comply with international specifications and standards.

FUEL TERMINAL

Facilities and Capabilities:

• The fuel dock is 80 meters long and 10 meters deep in high tide and 7 meters in low tide.
• Dockage is available stern and alongside.
• Fueling is delivered through two ex-pipes. One is 25 meters with a flow of 250 to 450 liters per minute. The other is 35 meters with a flow of 100 to 250 liters per minute.
• Camlock fittings are 2 and 3 inches; male and female are both available.
• Fueling can be also accomplished through private fuel barges with capacities of 33,000, 45,000, and 68,000 liters.

Quick Facts:

• A “fuel code authorization” is required for each vessel; handled by your agent.
• Fuel prices change every month on the 12th.
• The fuel station operates 7 days a week from 07:00hrs; last time for yachts to dock is 14:00hrs.
• Fuel station provides sample and documentation, but not sample bottles. *We can provide with fuel sample containers.
• No refunds for unaccepted fuel volume; firm volume required at time of order confirmation.
• Weekend/holiday fuel deliveries require order by Friday/last business day at 14h00 local time (GMT -6).
